Keep calm and smile on!

Today, I will be sharing some tips to relieve stress, headache and stay calm.

Nowadays, we all use gadgets for attending online classes, teaching online, attending meeting and much more but, we do not realize the amount of time we sit in front of the screen, This brings us to the first pointer,

  • Reduce your screen time-The blue light from the screen makes our eyes stress out, this is why we have headaches. Less amount of screen time will help avoid headaches.
  • Minimal use of headphones/earphones-If you wear headphones or earphones for a long time then, your ears will start paining which will cause a severe headache.
  • Doing Yoga or Meditation-Yoga and meditation will calm your body down.
  • Listen to music-Closing your eyes and listening to some calm music will cheer you up.
  • Do what you like-For me art is a must for everyday….I do not feel good if I dont do art at least once a day. Art relives and assures me that, I am fine. I draw about the day or make some mandala’s
  • Learn something new- Learning something new may change your perspective and mood.
  • Speak it out-Explain your problem to someone who will help you find your way out.
  • Doodling-Just draw it out. Take out all your thoughts in a creative form of a doodle.
  • Diary writing-Diary writing is almost same as doodling, its just that we dont draw that much….just simply write it out
  • Scribble-You can scribble in all kinds of ways…..lightly, harshly, with a lots of twists and turns……according to your mood.
