Health is Wealth!

Hi guys! It’s been almost a year since I haven’t posted anything and now I feel like I really need this platform to showcase my feelings and thoughts to you. Although I’m just a normal person writing my blog with an unknown identity I feel like I really need writing my blogs! This post is kind of a comeback with better ideas and thoughts….Hope you like it!

Here it goes…..

Well, today’s topic is a well known one…you have probably heard this line when you visit your nutritionist. Yes! It is ‘Health is wealth’

You may not take this seriously but it is very important for you to stay strong and heathy as well especially at times when you need it (like now….remember corona is still active). Staying healthy is not just a healthy diet but also staying fit. It’s you who have to suffer in the future if you don’t take care of it now! It is a challenge to do something different and adding it to your routine but at the end of it you will achieve it and feel satisfied. You only need three things to make change in your daily normal routine to make it better and those are:

  • Aim- to achieve what you want
  • Confidence-to keep doing better
  • Satisfaction-to boost your mental strength

These three points are essential to stay fit both, mentally and physically.

Healthy Diet

Well the way you have your input, you have you output. If I sow a mango seed, I wouldn’t get an apple tree…I’d get a mango tree. That’s the way your body functions. If you give it junk you’d not be healthy! Would you?

Fitness

When I speak about fitness…..The word that comes to our mind is the gym but, the gym isn’t just the only source of fitness. To stay fit you can

  • Walk/Jog/Run in your vicinity
  • Help in household work
  • Explore new places around you by walking there.

and much more!

BMI

BMI means Body Mass Index. Body mass index is a value derived from the mass and height of a person. Listed below is a link which will help you find your BMI.
